Delete your account
Use this form to request deletion of your Kleio account. You do not need the app installed. We action requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record, display name, and friend code
- Your friend relationships, on both sides
- Your pending friend requests, join requests, and invitations
- Your player entries in game sessions
What we cannot remove
Scoring events already sent to other players' devices cannot be recalled. Entries in a shared session's feed are part of another player's record of their own game.
Sessions you hosted may also persist for the other players who were in them.

We will email you at the address you gave to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you do not hear from us, write to support@fr4gus.com.
